Problem · Contractor operations

Less admin. Clearer project information.

General contractors running active projects in South Africa spend hours chasing information across site diaries, progress reports, programmes, spreadsheets and WhatsApp threads. BENAIAH is being built to bring that information together and show what needs attention.

The everyday problem

Project managers and site teams often only discover a missing approval, an overdue action or a slipping date when someone asks about it. Weekly reporting means re-reading the same documents to piece together status by hand.

What BENAIAH is designed to do

Read uploaded PDFs, Word documents, spreadsheets and text files for each project separately.

Produce project status, risks, actions, deadlines and missing-information lists — each with a “View evidence” link back to the source document.

Keep a project memory so that new uploads are compared with earlier information and changes are tracked rather than overwritten.

Founding pilot

BENAIAH is founder-led and in early access. We are looking for a small number of South African construction companies to test it on a real workflow. It starts with a short discovery call — no commitment.

Important

BENAIAH is an early-stage product. It organises project information and highlights items for human review — it does not give legal, contractual, engineering or financial advice. Contract decisions remain with your team and professional advisers.
